Dear Saint Francis Family
It is with deep sadness that I tell you that our friend and sister in Christ, Sylvia Mueller, pastor of our companion congregation, Light of Christ Lutheran Church, died very unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 28th. We stand with our siblings from Light of Christ and share in their grief. Remember though, as followers of Jesus we do so knowing our Lord has destroyed death forever. We are confident our sister is safe and well in the Lord and that we will see her again.
Her funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 1 p.m. at St. Francis. Please keep Sylvia’s family, friends and our siblings from Light of Christ in your prayers.
